Meet the Owner and Instructor of Safe Driving School in Midland, MI: Kathern Dorsch

Kathern is an experienced driver and Driver's Education Instructor. She holds a bachelor's degree in social work and a master's degree in counseling. Her driving experience includes seven years of driving school buses for a public school and working for other driving schools before starting her own business.

Currently semi-retired, Kathern still has goals she aims to achieve. Now that she has met the requirements to own and operate her own driving school, she hopes to make a difference by instructing eager young teens and assisting adults.

In the classroom, students call her "Ms. D." While employed as a licensed instructor, she has taught 36 students in a classroom and instructed drives for as many as 35 hours in a single week. To date, all her students have passed their exams.

With over 40 years of driving experience across multiple states, Kathern brings a wealth of knowledge to her students.
